Summary

Overview  
With the windy beach as background, Anna Bella Geiger addresses the camera to protest. Who decides what is Art? she demands in English. She turns, as if to enter the ocean, only now on the other side of her back, is a wall with a poster of such grievances – handwritten, scrawled in English.
